Welcome to the Siberian Catteries website operated by SiberianLove LLC and Rozhenitsa (collectively “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Roseburg, Oregon. By accessing or using our Site, creating an account, joining a membership, or making any purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

We are responsible breeders of Siberian cats operating under SiberianLove LLC and Rozhenitsa. All information on the Site is for informational and advertising purposes only. Final transactions are governed by separate written agreements.

2. User Accounts and Membership

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership.

Memberships are non-refundable with no exceptions. They have no expiration date but may be canceled by us at any time, at our sole discretion, for any reason (including violation of these Terms).
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account.
Membership benefits may change over time.

3. Payments and Billing

We process payments securely through Wix Payments (or other chosen processor).
All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for purchases and any applicable recurring fees.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account termination and pursuit of recovery of funds plus costs.

4. Animal Sales, Deposits, Contracts, and Transport

All kitten/cat sales, deposits, health guarantees, spay/neuter requirements, breeding rights (or lack thereof), and shipping/transport terms are governed by our separate Sales Contract. Please review the dedicated Kitten Sales / Contract page [link it here] for full details. Website descriptions and photos are for illustration only — the signed contract is the binding agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse any sale or placement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including but not limited to photographs, images, videos, text, logos, cat profiles, pedigrees, and descriptions (collectively, “Our Content”)—is owned by or licensed exclusively to SiberianLove LLC and Rozhenitsa and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Strict Prohibition on Unauthorized Use You are strictly prohibited from copying, downloading, reproducing, modifying, distributing, displaying, or using any of Our Content without our prior express written permission. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

Using any photos or materials for false advertising, misleading representations, or to imply any association with our cattery that does not exist.
Using Our Content on third-party websites, social media, classified ads, or any platform in a manner that could deceive or scam others (for example, pretending to sell our kittens, represent our breeding program, or offer cats that are not ours).
Creating derivative works, deepfakes, or altered versions of our images for any commercial or deceptive purpose.

Any unauthorized use of Our Content constitutes a violation of these Terms and may also violate federal copyright law (including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act) and other applicable laws. We will aggressively enforce our rights, including issuing DMCA takedown notices, pursuing legal action for damages, injunctions, attorney fees, and any other remedies available under law.

We also reserve the right to use any photos, videos, or testimonials you voluntarily share about our cats for our own promotional purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
Harass other users or post false/misleading information about our cattery.
Attempt to circumvent payments, security, or membership rules.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not warrant that information about cats (availability, colors, health, temperament, etc.) is error-free or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Site or any purchase.
Our total liability to you, regardless of the cause, shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limit applies even if we were advised of the possibility of damages.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages (including lost profits, emotional distress, or veterinary costs after placement).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Oregon.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
