FEES & REFUND POLICY
Membership fee
The $50 Membership Fee is a one-time, non-refundable charge.
As of May 6th, 2026, the $50 membership fee no longer applies toward the total cost of a kitten.
This fee gives you immediate access to our private members’ area, where you can view detailed information on our breeding cats (health records, HCM ultrasounds, genetic testing, allergen results, and loads of pictures!).
It also automatically signs you up for our newsletter, so you’ll receive announcements about new litters and kitten availability.
Your membership provides a personal login. If you purchase a kitten from us, you’ll be able to view, download photos, and upload relevant medical reports or updates directly in your member account.
Membership will be extended to lifetime if you adopt a kitten from us or otherwise will expire after 3 years. We reserve the right to terminate it at any time for any reason.
Payment is securely processed by credit card.
After signing up for membership, please fill out our application form so we can get to know more about you.
Deposit to reserve a kitten
Once you are a member, you may apply directly on the website to reserve available kittens.
A $600 deposit is required at the time of reservation.
This deposit is applied toward the final purchase price of the kitten.
The deposit is non-refundable, except if we (the breeder) need to cancel the reservation. In that case, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
If multiple suitable applicants request the same kitten, we will carefully review all applications and decide which home is the best fit for the kitten. The non-selected applicant(s) will receive a full refund of their $600 deposit to the original method of payment.
Advance payment on a kitten
An additional $600 advance payment is due when your kitten reaches 10 weeks of age.
This payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
This amount is also applied toward the final balance.
The advance payment is non-refundable, unless we (the breeder) cancel the reservation. It will not be refunded if the buyer cancel reservation.
Remaining balance
The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup or prior to the kitten leaving with pet transport.

30-Day Allergy Trial For families with allergies, we offer a 30-day allergy trial period. If the kitten is returned within 30 days due to allergies, you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus a $400 return care fee. Shipping and transportation costs (both ways) are the buyer’s responsibility. Please see our full Adoption Contract for complete details on the allergy trial and extension options.
