Allergen results and lots of Ginger Mews!

After some delays we have finally received Mei’s five beautiful kittens allergen results. We are pleased to announce their allergen level to be as follows (from lowest to highest):
Rori: Extra Low
Ruby: Extra Low to Very Low
Rhubarb: Very Low to Low
Remington: Low to Medium Low
Rudy: Normal (low end)
You can see more details and pictures taken just today of each and reserve one by paying the $1200 deposit. I will make sure to be available as much as possible to answer any questions you may have so we can get these sweeties in their new homes as soon as possible. Fio is looking for her furever home
It is with mixed feelings that we announce the retirement of our lovely Fio Piccolo. At almost 4 years old, she has already given us two beautiful litters and was an amazing, devoted mother to her kittens.
The reason we are retiring her is that she struggled to maintain a healthy weight and developed hypocalcemia during her last litter; a condition that only affects breeding queens. Now that she is spayed, we are confident she will be able to reach her ideal weight and thrive.
Fio was spayed almost two weeks ago and is healing beautifully. She should be ready to join her new forever family as early as this weekend. She is in excellent health, with a normal echocardiogram less than two years ago. You can see more info about her here.
Usher is ready to be reserved
Usher is the only survivor from his mama Kazimira’s very challenging labor. As some of you may remember from our earlier Instagram stories, Kazimira had an extremely slow and difficult delivery. Despite my best efforts to help, most of her kittens were stillborn. We were all overjoyed when this little cutie pie made it through.
Usher has been such a blessing. He was born with a slightly flat chest, but he has since outgrown it completely and is thriving. This boy is healthy as a horse and full of life. We have no concerns at all and fully expect him to enjoy a long, happy, and healthy life with his future family.
Tilly unexpectedly came back available
Tilly was recently reserved by a lovely family who were very excited to welcome her. Because of their moderate allergies, we agreed to send a fur sample by mail once she reached 10 weeks old so they could test compatibility. Unfortunately, they had a reaction to the sample, so Tilly is now back looking for her forever home with a family that has mild or no allergies.
She is such a super sweet girl with the most adorable yawns — a true expert in relaxation! I’ll share some cute videos of her soon.
If any of these little ones (or our available adult) have caught your eye, we’d love to hear from you. I’ll be available as much as possible over the next few days, and working hard to carefully review all applications and match these sweeties to their perfect homes.
